*******! Bogus service provider

I’ve asked them to cancel my subscription since November and nothing has happened!! They sent an email asking for my mobile number so that they can contact me and I have not received a call to date from them! They have my cellphone number, which they used to send me a reminder about an early billing but they can’t seem to get hold of me when I want to cancel!! Worst service provider to date! I want a refund for Nov, Dec and Jan cos you are about to debit my account for no service!!

They said they have upgraded us and this is way more than a downgrade as we have been without internet since November, but you are more than happy to deduct monies from our accounts! Please cancel my subscription and refund me!
