Ridiculousness

The worst internet provider I ever encountered, when you phone them they always have to go to a different tower, then it because I only used wifi connection to my tv and I was told to connect it straight with LAN cable, still no changes. When you want to cancel they don't want to hear it out and avoid it and want to have someone contact you, till now no one contacted me. Every weekend I am struggling, at night I am struggling. I am out of words really, its ridiculous
