Ridiculously useless

Useless. After many attempted of trying to cancel my account was unable to do it with no help from the Rain team. Following this despite having a month to month contract they start trying to bill me, creating credit even though I didn't not use their service anymore or pay month to month. After a year of emails and smss they finally said if I return the ****** router I will have the debt wiped, I returned it over 20 days ago but they still got a debt collector to contact me wanting money. Fed up with this company... ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! Save your money and use literally anyone else.
