Ridiculously slow speeds and non-existent support.

Unfortunately I can't leave a no star review. I have been with rain for a few years and it seems like they are signing up more customers but not increasing the bandwidth of their towers. My speed has slowly gotten worse and worse to the point I'm getting a few kbps. There is no way to contact them on their website and when an agent does eventually get hold of you, their only solution is to move your router closer to the nearest tower or telling you that they are optimising the network which doesn't increase speed at all. Absolutely terrible service.
