Ridiculously poor internet

I will never suggest rain wifi to anybody ever again. I am so fed up with rain. I have never experienced this bad internet connection with any other provider. I will be canceling my rain month end. 2 days with NO service at all. There is no proper way to get in touch with rain. And when they do contact on facebook it takes weeks and no help whatsoever. Months now with poor service and connection. 0.5 download and 0.8 upload if Im lucky.

You are losing customers daily and it just seems to be getting worse by the day.
