Ridiculous service. Pathetic really

I bought a rain sim from take a lot in April and upon receiving it I realized that I had to take a selfie with my ID book. I didn't have access to my ID book at the time and I wasn't sure when I'd be going back home so I asked for a refund as I had already purchased a package. Someone from rain called me back and said my refund would be processed within 7 to 10 days. That obviously didn't happen and I submitted several tickets and no one bothered to get back to me. I went back home yesterday and I completed the Rica process but now I have connection without internet. I tried submitting a ticket for this but it's not allowing me to, and I've been on the phone since this morning but I am unable to get through. If rain is unable to assist me with this can they refund my R250. I haven't even used the service and I'm already regretting my decision to go with them. I definitely won't pay for a service I'm not getting. So either fix the issue or refund me my money. Please and thank you.
