Ridiculous Service from RAIN

I canceled my subscription with Rain in November with the cancelation effective 1 December 2022, 22 days later my sim is apparently still active, they collected their device on the 22nd yet the sim is still active. I have not used the sim or router since November and Lo and behold I get debited. The service Centre is inefficient, no one actions anything, you have to fight to get things done. ******* service.
