Ridiculous service ever

If I could give no stars at all I would. The most ridiculous,unprofessional,unhelpful service I have ever had. Since day one we had problems and seven days later nothing has changed. Every one you speak too doesn't know the answer or can not help you. Lebogang M who I spoke to on Sunday 26/09/21 Failed to follow the company's own procedure by speaking to me without verification and told me no manager or supervisor was available to speak to me.She went as far as hanging up on me when I made her aware of her this. She was rude and did not conduct herself in a professional manner. There was laughter in the background which I understood as no one from management was available apparently so clearly was a party going on instead of helping customers. I am beyond shocked at the service this company is providing and clearly it's the same problem with everyone. We requested to cancel and now we are being told about waiting until they decide if we can cancel or not.
