Ridiculous service and Agents

I am beyond livid with this service from RAIN regardless of my follow ups and calling in everyday being promised that someone will contact me which never happens. I call them everyday for the same request regarding my refund I am told someone will call from the billing department. I have now escalated my query to Icassa as I have not been receiving any joy. I have even resorted coming into their offices so I can get my money that was debited without my consent. Rain is a *****ulent company that never sticks to their promises. I want my money that’s it.
