Ridiculous service

I have not had internet connection for over a week now. Upon contacting them they didn't have a resolution for the situation, eventually they sent a new sim card andbit was incorrect. They promise to call you back with updates and tbey neever do. I am still without a resolution and they can't even refund for a service they're not able to provide. Ridiculous service indeed and yhe supervisors are so useless they can't even provide a complaints resolution platform. Its a big joke.
