Ridiculous service

I would like to put in a complaint against Rain for there ridiculous service.

1. The signal is never what they promise. 2. When you eventually get hold of them they always change the subject from what your actual reason is. And then drop the call in your ear. 3. When going on the App to log a service ticket then they never come back to a person. 4. They dont reply on emails. 5. For further complaints if you want to then check their facebook page and notice all the complaints. Its something like 97% bad reports and 3% good reports. 6. They dont even reply on thier own Facebook page.
