Ridiculous service!!!

Rain you are *******. I phoned you to cancel the subscription last year, reference number ***8. Nearly a year later I received a collections notice for R988 which I now paid and my service is still active, this is ridiculous!!! I want the R998 paid back and cancel my subscription!!!!!
