RIDICULOUS SERVICE !!!!!!!!!
RAIN IS DELIVERING A VERY RIDICULOUS SERVICE, I RECIEVED THE 5G ROUTER ON THE 22ND OF MAY 2023, THE TWO 4G SIMS ARE WORKING BUT THE 5G ONE WHICH IS INSIDE THE ROUTER ISNT REGISTRED YET, WHICH IS POINTLESS FOR ME SINCE I NEED THE 5G SIM TO WORK FOR INTERNET. I HAVE SPOKEN TO THEIR USELESS CONSULTANTS, MIHLALI, SANELE,SONI AND ENOMICA, I HAVE LOGGED A CALL WITH : ***... I'M GETTING NO ASSISTNACE, THEY HAVE THE GUTS TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AGAIN, BUT THEIR SERVICE IS STILL NOT WORKING, HOW RIDICULOUS IS THIS. YOUR SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND YOUR CALL CENTER AGENTS ARENT HELPFUL. THEY **** TO ME FOR 4 CONSUCUTIVE DAYS WITH NO HELP.
