Ridiculous communication avenues

I received this message this morning. "Your Rain account has been handed over to Easton-Berry Attorneys due to non-payment. Please call us on ***." I have tried to contact Easton Berry, but their phone lines don't work and they don't even have a website???

This month-to-month account was canceled in July 2022 and I have never received any communication that anything was outstanding till now, more than a year later!!!!! If I get handed over you can be sure that I will take this further with my attorneys.

I can't get through to Rain support, I hold, get connected with a consultant, and then the call disconnects. They also don't have an interactive email system.
