Ridiculious company

Last month I made a payment to Rain and the wifi did not connect and so I made many attempts to get a hold of them and I finally did but they took forever to replace a faulty device that thry **** about and blamed the connection towers

So amidst all this im inconvenienced cause I need to buy data from my phone everyday

I asķ about the prorata for all this time ive spent even waiting up to 7 days for their driver

This morning I get a call from them saying I must make another payment

Imagine that I havent even gotten what I paid for the previous month and now I must make another payment for a device im not even sure works its so frustrating that you need to go through this with Rain each time

The last time this happened I never made a payment cause why must I make another payment when you havent delivered on what I initally paid for. I need to leave this compamy
