RICA system is Pathetic...Agents take 2 days to pass the test??

I run a taxify business, I bought 10 sim cards for my drivers and only 2 cards were Rica. The others did not pass. It's not the first time I am having problems with their Rica. It's the 3rd time, Rain is becoming like DSTV they did not care about their customers at the beginning because they were making too much money. The call center never answers the phone, so who must be log the complaint to. Pathetic service, yols systems is soon going to chase every customer to another service provider.
