RICA SIM CARD.

i bought a rain sim card from one of their third party partners ,sim card was delivered and the struggle of registering the sim card starts i paid for the package up front but could not rica the sim card ,7 days after that i got an email informing that the link has expired for the rica process so i need to restart the process again and i was redirected again to a payment section where i again pay the amount upfront , now why who the government , the competition commission and the customer welfare allow such a company to operate in such a poor way yet the company spends millions advertising itself but giving this poor service to the people that it should serve ,there is never anyone to talk to on that company.this is not on man .
