Rica service and Support Structure not working
I have purchased a rain sim card from takealot, the sim card i have made payment of R479 online to active whish is the first step, i was sent a link to rica the sim card, i uploaded the proof of residence and id document but am having problems with the facial recognition as it is not working.
I sent requiest on support online 3 times i have reference number is ***,***,*** but its been a week since i received the references and no agent has gotten back to me.
This service is truly unacceptible. Why do you request a person to pay before you rica simcard and now am unable to do any engineering work as am working from home. i want my many back.
Get back to me asap because my ****ing money went off now and your ****ing call centre is not working get a ****ing solution because your whole support system are ****tup.
