Rica problems
I just received my sim from Pargo 3 days ago but I have been struggling with the Rica process, I am stuck on the face recognition stage it keeps failing. I keep trying to call but the agents do not answer the phone I have called countless times already. What drives me up the wall is the fact that they have already debited my monthly subscription.
