RICA nightmare

order the SIM card and Rica it online - what a joke, I paid for the SIM card, waited 5 days - this is for a business so it had to be delivered at a different town, but not to worry, website says i can rica it online - only to find out, courier needs to rica it on being delivered, now they have to cancel my order, take 10 days to refund me, in the interim I can go to Mr Delivery app or Takealot website and order a Rain sim there and repay ANOTHER R500, then they will deliver without requiring to Rica it immediately and I can just Rica it online then........... OMG!!! i would of waisted 15 days on these people when this is done and dusted, so painful!!
