RICA ISSUES

The worst service ever. Guys come to my house to install my router and won't accept my wife ID to rica the device. I even wanted to give a certified copy of my ID and he does not want to accept this . Certified copy of ID is Valid for 3 months all over south africa by law.

very inconvenient. I cancelled my ISP for this and i work from home ..

PLEASE CANCEL THIS .. WORST SERVICE EVER..CAN'T EVEN ACCEPT MY WIFE ID TO RICE THE DEVICE . PLEASE CANCEL I WILL ASK HER TO ORDER SOMETHING AND RETURN MY MONEY BACK ASAP
