RICA hasnt been passed with Rain more than 24hors

I am so disgusted with rain , I have a Taxify business which I have 10 drivers , yesterday at 1: 30 pm on the 28th September I activated 10 cards for my drivers, They didn't pass the Rica and its a day later 10am of the 29th September. I just want my money back rather if this is how they treat customers. Why hold a customer up , we have a business to run , who has time for them to pass the RICA. Taking 1 full day and the morning and my cards are not online. I rather have a refund and go to Vodacom or MTN
