RICA for Rain Sim Card
I had an issue with loading my Address for where i stay, Rain sent me a reference number and said will be in contact within 24 to 48 hours and that was on Friday 3 July. We are now on Tuesday 7 July and still no response from them even after sending another 2 emails they still have not contacted me.

As per ur reply above with regards to someone contacting me back, till now no one has contacted me. If somebody does not contact me by TODAY I want my money and I will go to another network that is willing to assist me.
