RICA

I have been trying to Rica my sim since 26 March 2022. Every time I load the documents it says my ID detail does not match, went through the extreme to have my boss type it as it appears line for line on my ID, and still, I have issues. I live where I work I do not get any bills so I asked my workplace for a letter and a copy of a bill. Quite honestly it has left a sour taste in my mouth and I think I should rather cancel and get my money back because if this is how it goes before I use the product how is it going to go when it is actually activated.
