RICA Activation - SMS not received after a week from receiving my SIM
I have activated my SIM and it has been a week and haven't received received the SMS to finish the RICA verification. I have logged a support call and responded to the support call that I still haven't received it and NO response from an agent. My previous support call number is ***.
