I have been trying to RICA my sim for the last 3 hours but not useful. apparently my proof of address is not valid. i used my utility bill, what more do you guys want????????????????? i have contacted the support team and no response.
Please get an agent to call and assist or please refund my money!
service is horrible.

This is such a bad service i bought a sim card and paid couldn't rica and never used the data i tried contact you guys but you dont have numbers to call on and ive been sending emails for assistance but no response. can this be sorted out. i have cancelled my other services but avail. if this cannot be sorted out within 24 hours please refund me back. i hope i will not be billed today as i did not use your services due to failure of service from your side. if no once can Rice my sim. them pls people to come RICA IT
