Rian steeling money from clients

I have a Wifi router with them..i called them numurous times where i tell them idont have signal..even mailed them that they must cancel my debit..Still they debit my account daily .In 4 days they took more than 1250 .They even acknowleged that there is no signal where i live but still keep debiting.Cant phone because they take hours to answer.

Thank you..Was called and said i will receive another call back with iinfo but still waiting..Now they say money will be paid back in 7 days.Why must i wait for my money.easy to take but making it difficult to give back
