Rian is the worst ISP
If there's anyone who was thinking of leaving your current ISP to Rain, I urge you not to.
I have been having problems with them from the onset and they promise a lot and under deliver and now I have to sot with tons of work and cannot get anything done because my internet has been buffering since yesterday and I have trying to call them and cannot get through!
This is most terrible experience I have ever came across.

I am really tired of fighting with you guys, the whole thing with Rain started badly with terrible courier services and the faulty that was delivered, and it was replaced and it worked perfectly fine for only a week. Now I am having problems with internet that keeps on cutting and I was told reboot and do all these stuff but it's still doing the same thing!!
Don't you guys get tired of bad reviews!? Please fix this or just cancel my package, I'd rather go back to MTN than this. 💔
