Rian is looting consumers

Rain wi-fi they are not good at all, they are robbing us. as consumers, I took pay per use rain wi-fi and I didn't use it for several months after that they are sending a bill of 22000 but I have no monthly contract, the only agreement is a pay per use, I think consumers council must help us from this looters
