I called their call centre about 5 times this moring. If you do not select sales, they do not pick up - if they transfer you, they cut you off. I bought a 4G Uncapped sim card from them that I wanted delivered to my son in Cape Town. I send him all the required signed documents as well as delegation of authority. They used RAM Hand to Hand couriers. I explained to them that I life in Secunda and not in Cape Town, but the device is needed in Cape Town. They refuse to understand and they also refuse to put you through to senior management - clearly and indication of their incompetency. I threaded to cancel the purchased, clearly this did not bother them. After reviewing their review on the internet it seems to me that bad service as their number one priority. Please be aware that if you purchase anything from you and they have your money, you have no right to get your parcel if you are not there in person. This is clearly **** - they are a bunch of *******
