RIAN CANCELLATION

Shocked is an understatement to express my feelings about Rain , i ve experienced network issues for the passed two weeks , getting messages from Rain saying they are aware of the issue but the issue is not resolved and it is affecting my production , i tried to cancel the subscription without success, i cant cancel on RAINGO and their number is not answered , i m so frustrated , i cannot pay for something that is not giving me joy and affecting my work , i need to cancel this ASAP to get a better service provider because RAIN is rediculously unavailable when we have problems , i dont even want to mention their chatbot , it is useless.
