Ive ap**** for my internet and i told the consultent on the fone ive lost my id book but ive got a clear copy of my id anf i got my licens and a paper from the bank with my picture on it and my bank statements for proif of residence and he said its fine it will work and i must just pay the fee asked for and so i did and later the courier company foned me and said they got instructions to not deliver is i dont have a id at hand so i said ive got my valid driver wich aperently is not a vslid identificasion so i fone rain and spoke to another consultend whom told me they cant help me with all the identefucation docs i got its not goid enough so i said ok then pls return my money on wich they agreed but i have to wait 10 days what i think is unfair cos i payed directly after they asked for payment i remenber them sending me a notification every hour for payment till i payed i think this is dicusting and the worst service ever
