Still waiting for Rain to respond haven’t had any response from them, 7 days passed they just quiet,don’t know what to make of this it’s like they non-existent quiete shocking for such a well known company.

07 Dec 2021, 16:47So angry about your response,you made me pay for a cancellation fee,had your agent call me for reasons for my cancellation,it was canceled hence another internet service provider approved,came and installed wi-fi for me because no ISP was showing anymore,then you guys tell me you will be billing me whether the Sim is used or not until I give you reasons for my cancellation,pathetic because that procedure was done when I paid my cancellation fee,I see you guys playing silly mind games and you really really sounding pathetic right now,instead of taking responsibility for your incompetence you coming up with lame excuses and pathetic games,maybe the reason I never responded to your email was because to me it just never made sense,I promise you guys if my money isn’t returned and you continue debiting my money,all I am going to say to you now is I don’t know.
