*Review:* I was incorrecy billed, they collected their router and no refund still! I've been waiting for my refund from Rain, but they determined not to pay. As there's not even communication from them to say where in the process are they. They did not even acknowledge receipt of the router after courier collected from me. My advise, if Rain needs to collected items from you before they refund you, don't give them back until they refund you first.
