Reversal not done

I've been waiting for my refund again I need to beg Rain to acknowledge my request,Abdul promised me that he will process the payment and in due time I will receive the funds. I just need my money or cancel this stinking subscription, everytime when i ask them to cancel they refuse Yet they don't cater for their customers. This is too much for me my mind is going crazy 1 company every month this is utter nonsense i ran out of patient. Their response is always ' we apologise we will try to assist and truth be told they don't i juat hate them for treating me like this, ii feel like I don't have rights.
