Return policy , not working in area

The device does nor work in my area , they are advertising on the internet that my area does take 5G and that is why I took the contract , now that I installed the device that is working they (RAIN) changed the signal tower from my house , the one day it was close to my house and the next day it shows no signal it must be lined up with new tower. Due to the changes of towers my signal strength is only 1 dot , that make the device not working as they are showing for Signal coverage for 5G , that is why I want to sent the device back due to falls advertising. Can’t get hold of them and I’m not going to pay if they are falsely showing that the device will work in my area.
