Return my money you **********!!!!!

What a nonsense of a service provider!!! I bought a SIM card and activated it in April. I stopped using it because it was not showing clear pictures when you watching Netflix or if you on Skype. In May I didn’t use their SIM card and in June I didn’t use it... All of a sudden the 1st if July they are debuting my account without my permission!!! I want my money back you have no right to access my account without me purchasing your stupid bundles!! I want my money back and I’m going to make noise until you return it. How dare you access my money without my permission!!! All they could respond with is this- We've received your request.
