Restricted APN. Do not get if you play online gaming

Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased the R499 5G uncapped home package. All was well, router and sim came within a timely manner and the network upload and download speeds were good (I live in Midridge Park, Midrand). I mainly need and use wifi for online gaming but RAIN is one of the very few special networks in SA who have a restricted APN and does not even support port fowarding. My network is currently locked to NAT 3 (strict) and I cannot even utilise my gaming console fully. I called in multiple times but their call center agents are very unhelpful and uneducated on the matter. Please do not waste your time getting rain. They will absolutely refuse your request to de-restrict your APN.
