Respond to your support thing of yours

My network is still down, for a week now😡😡😭 y'all don't have toll free calls,I wonder how this support thing of yours work no one is getting back to me. I hope you assist because I'm 1/4 to cancelling, i can't be paying for WiFi i can't use 🙅♀️🤷♀️... They never call back even if your airtime run out, after making you hold until airtime runs out. there's no other way to communicate with them than their SUPPORT ish they never respond...
