Resolve the intermittent connection

Hi Rain, why do I get intermittent connection to the highly publicised efficient 5G network. Since getting the router, it has never gone the whole day without losing connection. It is a recurring feature that makes me to think twice. It's only my first month with the service but I'm so unimpressed at all. This 5G WiFi has been highly touted but it leaves a lot to be desired at most. Please sort this out because if this issue persists,come month end, I'm cancelli g.
