Requesting a refund because of bad connectivity

I had to cancel my 4G sim because the network was terrible so I canceled my order but I'm not even sure if the sim is canceled because I couldn't find the cancel sim option. I've been sending emails and calling and no one has gotten back to me, can someone please respond and help me get refunded as you promised, please I'm begging you here I've been waiting for your response.
