Requested an itemized bill, still did not receive email from palesa

Requested an itemized bill, still did not receive email from palesa. An itemized bill cannot be seen when using the app. Didnt need an invoice with my balance I need to pay, I wanted a bill showing me calls that were made and received and smses sent and received from one of my rain sim cards with details I have given. Very upset seen that I requested an itemized bill from a gentleman and he sent me exactly what I requested
