REPORTING YOU TO APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES!!!!!!

I AM WAITING FOR MUSA TO CALL ME BACK!

She phoned me on Friday and assured me that we will be "relocated" to a different tower. I didn't believe her then, and I still don't believe the absolute nonsense she spoke on the phone!

She said to give her till the next morning (11 July) to get back to me, it is now July 14th and I am still waiting for her call.

I have also rep**** to my previous review which also was ignored.

At this point please do not "move me to another tower" but please, CANCEL MY ACCOUNT! IMMEDIATELY!

I cannot believe you are running a business this way, you are *****ing from each and every one of your customers. You are not delivering on ANY of your so called promises, or even resolving any issues, but you put free sim cards in magazines and give those people more free wifi, what about me? Who is paying you R480 each month???????

THIS IS THE LAST STRAW! YOU HAVE NOW PUSHED ME BEYOND WHERE I PREFER TO GO WITH A SERVICE PROVIDER AND I WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO THE CORRECT AUTHORITIES.
