Report Rain to ICASA!!!!

This provider does not deserve let alone a single star... The network is mostly unavailable and slow so much so you cant even tweet. They debited me for a sim card that has been deactivated... what is worse you cannot call them... I left a comment on their site that reads the following "I cancelled my sim last month and yet I was debited for the current month yet the Sim is deactivated? please return my money within the next 3 day... I am going to escalate this to the ICASA furthermore please delete my info on your system as I am unable to do so..... I am going to send this comment on hello peter too..." I cannot remove my personal information on their database such as bank details and ID no:. can my profile be deleted immediately and stop selling an non existent product...
