Replacement device

I've been experiencing network issues since 1st February 2025 on my 4 years old outdoor huawei 5g cpe x router, I've contacted rain and they gave me the new 101 router but it's far the worst performing compared to my old router, so I requested for a replacement device the technical support agent told me to either cancel or purchase the new router from my own pocket. I've explained to them that here in winterveldt the outdoor router is actually the best option but no they are not willing to assist. Or maybe I can get the replacement device at midrand at their dispatch center???
