Relationship that turned sour

I am very displeased with the service provider Rain, they made me believe I was being gifted a router for being a loyal customer, but it was just a way to get me off my preferred plan with service. But I continued with the new plan that I was forced on and the network service is really bad and it is not better than my preferred plan which is no longer being offered. So now I want to cancel my subscription with them and they have been giving me a run around they have don’t give call backs regarding cancellation but only when you log a sales call. I decided to do that and when I got the call today, they transferred me to the cancellation department and I was put on hold for 45mins with.
