Regretting moving to Rain
We got Rain because we need internet to work from home nowadays. We thought Rain was a good choice. Rain, can you please contact Gavin at ***. He's been trying the whole day to get hold of somebody who can assist him! (since 07:00 this morning and it is now 17:40). We call, explain, hold on, get told you will get back and then NOTHING FURTHER. The only explanation we got from our 20th call was that you are recycling sim cards! How ridiculous! What kind of a system do you have that you recycle in use registered sim cards!! we are not stupid. Just do your job and assist.
