Rain’s value proposition is excellent. What they offer month to month, set them apart. Their Support will be their downfall unfortunately. It is pitiful. You request technical support, only to receive a Sales call. I have requested a visit by a technician numerous times as “the router always connects to the furthest tower” (their general excuse), no matter where I place it. No one calls. No resolve. Just this morning in the middle of Wayde van Niekerk’s 400m final their is suddenly no internet. Signal is still 85%, but a reboot or on/off does not resolve. The broadcast or Zoom session is usually finished before the issue resolves. Regrettable Support!
