This is the second time I have to come here. After struggling with them in early July I asked that my contract be canceled and I be refunded. They agreed but did not cancel my contract even after I decided to let the refund go (since they put it on my rain account). 5 days ago I woke up to about R2000 gone from my account. I called and asked them again to cancel my contract and also complained that I asked them to do this back in July. They agreed to cancel and refund me but there's still NO COMMUNICATION on either. They're just waiting to debit from me again next month and act like I didn't ask for cancelation. I've lost a lot of money dealing with these people. From airtime to paying for ****py connection.
