Regrets

My first month with Rain just because I listened to my baby sister already I have a headache, the whole of today I couldn't work, had to come up with an excuse because I work from home. No classes for my son(online schooling),No network, logged tickets no help, with the 4g sim cards, no phone calls can be made, sent mails, logged tickets but not help at all. Just now tried calling them, a lady tried to assist but I ended up talking to myself, she never even bothered calling back. I'll definitely go back to my previous service provider. Sad
